How It Works
Inspection & Assessment
Every IBC undergoes a thorough multi-point inspection. We check the HDPE bottle for cracks, warping, and UV degradation. The steel cage is examined for rust, dents, and structural integrity. Valves, gaskets, and pallets are individually assessed.
Cleaning & Decontamination
Based on previous contents, each IBC receives the appropriate cleaning protocol — triple rinse, steam cleaning, or chemical wash. We remove all residue, labels, and markings to ensure a clean starting point.
Repair & Replacement
Worn gaskets are replaced with new ones. Valves are rebuilt or replaced as needed. Damaged cage components are repaired or swapped out. Pallets are checked for forklift damage and replaced if necessary.
Pressure Testing & Certification
Each reconditioned IBC is pressure tested to verify seal integrity and structural soundness. Units that pass receive new UN/DOT certification markings and are re-labeled with reconditioning date and facility information.
